Track TikTok, Instagram & YouTube analytics in one place

Most creators open three analytics tabs and still leave without a plan. A single dashboard does not replace platform nuance — it removes the context-switching so you can decide faster. That only works if you can connect the accounts you own.

Account requirements (so you can actually add a channel)

  • TikTok — your own account via Login Kit (connect walkthrough)
  • YouTube — Google account that owns or manages the channel
  • Instagram — Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page

Why one dashboard

  • Compare performance across channels you actually own
  • Spot which platform is carrying growth this week
  • Feed one Advisor conversation with all connected history

How connection works

You authorize each platform with official OAuth. Viralflicks never sees your passwords. Tokens are encrypted; you can disconnect anytime from Channels. Analytics only cover accounts you connect — we do not pull other creators’ audiences or posts.

After you connect

Open Analytics for stats and your video list, then ask the AI Advisor what to double down on. Publishing stays approval-based elsewhere in the product.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all three platforms connected?

No. Start with one channel you already post on. Add Instagram or YouTube when you can authorize them. The Advisor gets richer as more of your history is connected.

Why won’t my Instagram connect?

Instagram needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal-only accounts have limited API access — switch account type in Instagram settings, then retry.

Is this for agencies managing many brands?

Viralflicks Analytics is priced and designed for creators and small creator businesses. Large brand suites (Sprout, Iconosquare) solve a different job.
