This Privacy Policy explains how Viralflick ("Viralflick," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform to publish and analyze video content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
1. Who we are
Viralflick is a creator platform that lets you upload a video once and publish it across connected social platforms, and view unified analytics for your content in one dashboard. Viralflick is operated by Veroke Innovations. Contact us at viralflicks.ai with any privacy questions.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information
- To operate your account and let you upload, manage, and publish video content
- To display your own analytics and video performance in your Viralflick dashboard
- To generate plain-language insights and recommendations about your own content's performance (no video content is analyzed automatically — recommendations are derived from platform-reported metrics only)
- To maintain and secure the service
We do not sell your data, and we do not access or display data belonging to any account other than the one you have explicitly connected and authorized.
4. How we access connected platforms
When you click "Connect" for YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you are redirected to that platform's own official login/consent screen. We never see or store your password for that platform. After you approve, the platform sends Viralflick an access token, which we store encrypted at rest and use solely to make authorized API calls on your behalf — to read your own video list/metrics, and, where you initiate it, to publish content you've uploaded to your own connected account. Viralflick never posts, schedules, or publishes anything without you directly initiating that action.
You can disconnect any platform at any time from your Viralflick dashboard, which revokes our stored access to that account.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and connected-platform tokens for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a platform, we delete the associated access tokens. If you delete your account, we delete your account data and any cached platform data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, storage) under confidentiality obligations
- YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok themselves, strictly as required to perform the actions you request (e.g. publishing a video you uploaded)
- Authorities, only where required by law
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and disconnect any linked platform, at any time from your account settings, or by contacting viralflicks.ai.
8. Security
We use encryption for stored platform access/refresh tokens and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
