Terms of Service

Viralflick lets you upload video content, publish it to social platforms you connect (currently YouTube, with Instagram and TikTok planned), and view analytics for your connected accounts' content in one dashboard.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to lawfully use the social platforms you connect through Viralflick and comply with their respective terms of service.

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you authorize Viralflick to access data from that platform (such as your video list and performance metrics) and, where you explicitly initiate it, to publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect a platform at any time. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service.

You retain ownership of all video content and captions you upload to Viralflick. By uploading content, you grant Viralflick a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service you request (e.g. publishing it to a platform you've connected). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and publish.

You agree not to use Viralflick to:

• Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a connected platform's community guidelines
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to access accounts or data that are not your own

Analytics and recommendations shown in Viralflick are derived solely from data reported by connected platforms' official APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party platform data, which is outside our control.

You may stop using Viralflick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Viralflick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralflick and Veroke Innovations are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any change, suspension, or discontinuation of a connected platform's API.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Viralflick after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
